We used Southland Vinyl to replace an old deck attached to our house. It was wood and had seen better days. We are older now and don't want to deal with the upkeep of another wooden deck. We were apprehensive about moving to vinyl. We didn't know much about it. After Southland Vinyl answered all our questions, it was an easy decision. Southland was very communicative, flexible and patient when it came to their customer service. Really nice people. Their installation team did a fantastic job on the new deck. I had Richard come out and give me an estimate back in October of 2021. He was very detailed in giving his estimate and sketching out the build of my wall extension. With all that has been going on with Covid and backorders this month January 2022 my wall extension is finally complete. It was a pricy job, but it was something that I wanted to get done for a while. I've talked to Doug who is the owner of Southland Vinyl and his wife Sylvia as well. They are great folks to work with. As far as the job getting done Southland Vinyl sent out Betto and Juan to put up my extension wall. They were very detailed with doing their job as well as keeping their job site clean. OMG what a great product.  Kevin and Danny did a great job of removing the old fence panel and installing almost 100 feet of new panel.  It took two days, they were on time, and very pleasant.  We look forward to seeing them again when they return to work on our next project.  We highly recommend Southland Vinyl, their product and especially their staff.
